There is a good reason why Panic Away is the hottest selling downloadable panic attack product on the market today. The excellent information it contains will help you break the panic attack cycle for good.

It is certainly affordable at just under $70, although it is not the cheapest product on the market. The 148 page book has enough information on both techniques and background that help, without giving you the feeling of being overwhelmed.

The 25 page informational introduction is dedicated to panic attacks. You can skip this if you have been having panic attacks for any length of time, but the introduction is also helpful in panic attack research.
